Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faulty Items
Anthem workwear has a number of strict processes in place to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. To save time in processing your claim please ensure you have good quality clear photographs of the issue attached in your email. If not clear a brief description of the fault. We also require style code, style colour and size as well as an invoice number the stock was received on. Please email claims@anthemworkwear.com.au
Returns
